The best experience I have ever had with a new car purchase spanning over 30 years and brands ranging from BMW to Audi to Ford to Chevy. Kevin was the epitome of professionalism and customer service. He was precise and specific in his communications, and followed through on every single item that I presented. And not only up to and including the sale, but after the sale as well. His efforts expanded to locating the exact vehicle I was looking for, and getting it within an expeditious time frame. Literally everything was perfect, and that never happens. His colleagues Nick and Ryan assisted on the day of the transaction, and all three gentlemen were not only professional and clearly knowledgeable, everyone were simply the nicest folks you could ask to do business with. And Kevin’s and Ryan’s assistance continued after the sale. I traveled 80 miles one way to deal with the folks at Classic, and it was worth every mile of travel. If anyone is looking for a Kia or Toyota, conclude with Classic Dealer Group for the best and most credible buying experience. All others should learn from the folks at Classic.

Kevin ONeill is the internet sales manager who contacted us. He is the reason we went to this particular Kia dealership to look at a car. He sold us a Toyota Corolla three years ago, and I told him then we were so impressed with him (his honesty, knowledge and overall great service) we would be back for our next car. Once there the Kia impressed us also. The sales staff as well as the GM were genuinely nice. Rick Taylor, Rick their GM, Ryan the finance person ... I could go on and on about the classy Classic group. We are in the process of locating the color and purchasing a Kia Forte thanks to Kevin. If he's there when I need another car - I DEFINITELY will go back.
