2013 Kia Sportage, Sorento Win Value Awards

Here’s something that’s not a newsflash: the 2013 Kia Sportage and Sorento are two huge consumer favorites that have proven to be two of the most desirable SUVs in the entire industry today. People like them, and we Libertyville Kia Sorento and Sportage dealers sure do sell a lot of them.

But here is a newsflash: According to the Total Value Index consumer survey put together by Strategic Vision, those two models have proven to be tops in their respective classes. The Sorento posted the best score in the Medium SUV category, while the Sportage took home the accolade for top Small SUV.

To get these scores, Strategic Vision looked at over 350 new vehicles and surveyed over 77,000 recent car buyers to get a sense of what they most looked for in a vehicle and about how the vehicles in questions met those expectations. Apparently, customers most look for innovation, whether that be consciously or subconsciously, and since Kia is top-notch in that respect, we probably shouldn’t be too surprised that things have gone so well for our two best-selling SUVs.

Between 2009-2011, we released more new models than any other automaker, but we’ve spent the last couple of years working to fine-tune all those newer cars. We think we’ve now got a stable that people can really get on board with, and the ’13 Sportage and Sorento are, specifically, ones that folks seem to love. More than “seem,” actually, because these TVI results prove that it’s all really happening. Thanks to Strategic Vision for their hard work and recognition. They’re right; these cars really are great!
