We had an excellent experience with Jennifer Pratt at Classic Kia! We saw the
car we wanted online, and didn’t want to travel far
to investigate while also looking in other areas. We were able to negotiate and learn more all over the
phone with Jennifer- not
only was she patient with our questions, she was thoughtful and detailed and made us feel confident

We had a great experience overall at Classic Kia. In particular Emely our sales rep did a great job! She was friendly and didn’t
pretend to any knowledge she didn’t have. She explained everything clearly and made sure to let us know she’d do her best to

Classic Kia in Waukegan is the absolute best! I worked with Jennifer Pratt and couldn’t have walked out the door happier. When
arriving at the dealership very early for my appointment, I was instantly greeted and put with Jennifer. She was very personable
and was easy to talk to, and was quick to let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in. She made sure I got a reasonable
amount on my trade it and really worked with my budget ensuring I was comfortable moving forward with my purchase. After
signing all the documents, she took the time to walk me through all the bells and whistles of my new car and always made sure
to ask if I had any questions! I’m beyond grateful for the team here and for making this as smooth of a process as possible. I

Cannot speak highly enough of Jennifer Pratt & the team at Classic Kia. From the moment I spoke with Jennifer on the phone I
knew she was honest & upfront. Upon arrival, in the snowy weather, she had our vehicles we wanted to look at up front &
warming up for us to test drive them. She gave us all the information needed & helped Coach us through our decision process.
There was NEVER any pressure selling or “hidden costs” just friendly consultation. After purchase she took the time to walk us
through all the technology in the vehicle & how to work it. Next time I am in need of a car I will be giving Jennifer a call.

We just purchased our second car in less than a year from Classic Kia. We came back because Jennifer Pratt showed such
integrity during the first sale. We had made an afternoon appointment with Jennifer but the car we were looking at sold that
morning. She immediately called to let us know about the sale rather than let us come in and try to sell us on a different vehicle.
It seems like a simple thing but I doubt that many car sales people would have made that call. Jennifer was helpful, efficient, and
patient with us on both purchases. I would highly recommend giving her a call if you are on the market for a Kia.
