2017 Kia Cadenza Ups the Luxury

The New York International Auto Show brought a multitude of great car news and debuts. There’s plenty to hear from Kia, including an exciting new reveal. Fans of luxury cars can eagerly await for the stunning, new Kia Cadenza.

This full-size sedan takes the previous generations’ features to the next level, vastly improving on its award-winning qualities. It raises the bar in nearly every single aspect, from body structure to a better powertrain which culminates in a different experience behind the wheel.

“The new Cadenza adds an extra dose of excitement to the large-car segment with its striking, aggressively handsome looks and premium refinements,” said Orth Hedrick, vice president of product planning, Kia Motors America, in a press release.

The 2017 Kia Cadenza’s exterior is intricately detailed with lots of stylized lines. The head and tail lights have a special Z shaping when lit up, giving the car a signature vibe. A new grille makes this car stand out among other Kia vehicles. The luxurious interior includes innovative driver seat cushion mechanisms and better seat heaters.

Underneath, an improved and more efficient 3.3-liter V6 engine delivers an impressive performance, reaching an estimated 290 horsepower. A brand new eight-speed automatic transmission system smoothes out Kia Cadenza’s ride. The car’s also been extensively tested on driving with fully loaded cargo with great results.

The driving experience is optimized to making the car as safe as possible with numerous cutting-edge technologies. Several of those assist the driver automatically, such as Advanced Smart Cruise Control, Forward Collision and Lane Departure Warnings, and Autonomous Emergency Braking. Stronger side panels help mitigate possible damage.

This upcoming 2017 Kia Cadenza raises the luxury bar for Kia cars. It’s set to arrive in dealerships later this year.
