Kia Partners with Hire Heroes USA for Charity

Taking a slight turn away from car-related happenings, we’re focusing this post on an important development regarding the Kia brand’s involvement with a charitable organization.

This week, Kia Motors America announced an exciting new partnership with Hire Heroes. That organization focuses on veterans, members of the military who are transitioning, as well as their spouses. It’s a national non-profit company, and its main method of helping is specialized, individual coaching. Their team of Veteran Transition Specialists are located in seven parts of the country and typically aid in job search and career coaching either online or via telephone.

Kia aims to to begin supporting the organization with an initial donation of $25,000, as well as partnering up for future opportunities.

One such event is the 2016 Ladies Professional Golf Association Kia Classic, a sporting event that’s coming up this March 24th through the 27th in Carlsbad, California. A portion of every sold ticket will go to Hire Heroes.
